Welcome to Jaime Nielsen Massage Therapy. I’m a qualified massage therapist operating from a small home clinic in the town of Cambridge, NZ.
I trained and competed over three Olympic cycles before completing my qualification in massage therapy. During my 18 years in sport, massage therapy was a staple routine to check in with my body, to proactively prevent or manage injury in order to maximize my training. It was a natural progression to establish Spectra Clinic in 2022.
My clients are of all ages, from various backgrounds and occupations.
I have a selection of luxurious nz massage balms to choose from.

Qualified Massage Therapist

Jaime began studying Massage Therapy whilst training for her final Olympic Games. She has a wealth of knowledge after 18 years in high performance sport spanning three Olympic cycles and two Commonwealth Games. She experienced the many benefits of massage therapy throughout her career - managing training load, injury, pre and post competition, or simply for relaxation. Her further studies includes deep tissue neck release, manual lymphatic drainage and foundational oncology massage.

More info If you have a specific focus area you would like massaged this could be for you. It's a good duration for young athletes, people new to tolerating massage or a short relax and refresh. The treatment is tailored to you after a short consult.
