Welcome to Jaime Nielsen Massage Therapy. I’m a qualified massage therapist operating from a small home clinic in the town of Cambridge, NZ.
During my 18 years in sport encompassing 3 Olympic Games, massage therapy helped me check in with my body, proactively preventing or managing any injury in order to maximize my training. It was a natural progression to establish Spectra Clinic in 2022. I enjoy helping people find ‘their formula’ and learn about themselves, or just creating a space for you to relax or unwind some tension.
Alongside massage therapy, I’m doing postgraduate studies at university.

Jaime began studying Massage Therapy whilst training for her final Olympic Games. She has a wealth of knowledge after 18 years in high performance sport spanning three Olympic cycles and two Commonwealth Games. She experienced the many benefits of massage therapy throughout her career - managing training load, injury, pre and post competition, or simply enjoying a massage for relaxation. She’s a mum to one, and continues studying postgraduate psychology and bodywork.

More info If you have a specific focus area you would like massaged this could be for you. It's a good duration for young athletes, people new to tolerating massage or a short relax and refresh. The treatment is tailored to you after a short consult.
